I have been busy these past few days arranging, fixing,
de-cluttering, organizing and SPRUCING up our home sweet home. While my husband
and I were in the city last weekend, I spent my time looking for some decors and
other household stuff that I can add to spruce up our haven of love. I guess
this is the result of being a stay-at-home wife.

But of course, I only buy the
things that I can afford and I also got some other stuff from my parents’
house. It’s just that buying appliances, furniture and house decors are not
really on top of our priorities right now. However, it won’t hurt that much if
I get to buy little stuff once in awhile. I am just trying to make myself
productive while given the chance to be at home. So, I am happy that little by
little, I get to mark off the stuff (as in put an X after each list) that I already
have.

Bed side table – I want to have a white bed-side table
(the sample in my earlier post) but I don’t have the guts to ask from my husband.
He already warned me that we will not spend our money on furniture this time.
So, this pre-loved wooden table is from my sister. I am so happy that my books and mags finally
have their new “place”. I used to stash them anywhere before. hehehe!

I also brought
and thrifted pillowcases, throw pillow covers, pot handles and wall-picture
frames at Robinsons Home. It’s actually
a mix and match of pastel and loud shades. Anyway, I am not really good in
color coordination so I just tinker and experiment on my own. :)
Hubby agreed to
buy mega boxes because I have been asking for it for quite a time now. So, I
went home happy and to top it all, my hubby got me some “pambahay dresses, pjs
and a preggy blouse. :)
