sunday night post..and dates to remember :)

Forest Park Date
Le Tegola dinner date
I am trying to finish a requirement due Saturday but it seems wifi connection is not at all cooperating with me. It got busted most of the time and always has this “timed-out” blah blah. I’d better quit or else this patience of mine will really be tested. And I don’t have time to stretch my patience tonight. Thinking that I will be swamp with work this week makes me want to think of a happy, restful vacay by the beach. But this is life! Everybody’s busy over something..be it trivial or of high degree importance.  All my worries will come to pass soon. I will just have to TRUST in HIM.

Yesterday was one of our many monthsaries that simply roll by. Now that Bee and I are married, it seems like we do not “celebrate” monthsaries anymore which is of course contrary to the “dating phase” wherein we always make it a point to have dinner dates and cheesy stuffs. I fully understand that time will change everything but that doesn’t mean we don’t value each other anymore. In fact, we happily celebrated it with just being at home eating fried fish and yes, I made effort in making cold chocolate drink. Hahahha! I mean, I prolly have this concept of “monthsaries” as giving cards, flowers, cheesy love notes, flowers and dinner dates but now I have learn to accept the fact that things will change over time.

Yesterday, we also had this “away-bati” mode but things went smoothly then. It is easier now to lower my pride and adjust to this so-called married life. Eating dinner at home in our monthsary is something I have learned to live by.
Anyway, we had a great time talking about the days of our lives, about our dreams, our 5 year project plan, about my erratic mood and anything in between. I feel so comfortable with my husband that I call him my “home”.
After dinner, we took a nap and chatted with my familia abroad. Then, off to the city for Bball game and a quick grocery spree.  Bee’s batch won and we celebrated with his batch mates together with the wives and gf’s as well. I got to meet new friends and we chit-chatted till sawa. We arrived home pretty late that’s why we were up around 10am today.  SLEEPYHEADS!
flower power!
Bee’s birthday is 5 more sleeps away!  We made plans already and I hope things will turn out great. Life has come into full circle and we really hope and pray that we will be blessed with a bundle of joy… by next year? I pray so.

Good night, folks! I’ve got some reading things to do. God bless

n.b. some of our photos during our dates are posted above :-)
