back in shape!


Whoa! What a relief! I just finished doing leg raise, crunches, hoops and a little bit of planks and yes, a zumba beginner dance workout to boot! I know I fell off the wagon on my fitness program for quite some time but I am gradually going back to my own phasing. All it takes is discipline, hard work and determination to finally shed off those belly bells manifested on my tummy sides. Burn fats! Burn! 


My aim is to fit on my teal/white Plains and Print mini dress and I will live up to that challenge. I can slip it through my body but not enough to zip the side. Arggh!!! I really hope that I won’t be tempted to grab those sweet cravings of mine. 

 Last night, I was happily wishing that I can take that slice of mint cake at Candys!  Oh noes! But I’ll take a mini cheat day on a weekend to satisfy that uber-crazy need of sweeeettttsss! It tickles in my tummy and makes me happy but nooooo, I need to curb on those sweets. Shoo away! Shoo!

Seriously, I am really trying my best to discipline myself. This is for my own good and I know that I will be happily reaping the benefits of having a toned, much “slimmer” (o.a!) body. Hahaha! Yeah, for health purposes too! I get to experiment with my food so it is  kind of exciting. 

And yes, I want to distress myself. I think I am just so swamp with work that I just want to zone out and exercise to ward off momentarily those unhealthy stressors in life. It keeps me away from thinking too much and it gives me so much strength afterwards. I hope this “program” of mine will sustain. 

I also want to keep this blog alive by posting some more. I have been so lazy that I oftentimes neglect this blogosphere of mine. We have been together for many years and I want to keep it that way; to chronicle the days and years of my happy life!
