I decided to post an entry here after taking
that much needed long and refreshing shower.
It’s really warm in our home tweet home and I have been sweating all day
long from doing household chores and yes, from doing my other hobby which is
dancing. I am not really a good dancer but I like to dance especially if I am
bent to shed off those extra super unwanted fats. Shoo away fats!
I used to
do yoga before but stop after I got married. I also joined a dance work out every
M-W-F with our super energetic instructor, Eugene. J Oh, how I miss those days! And I miss
dancing with the group. Nothing beats off a good work out with friends who are
as motivated as I am. After work, I would
happily drag my lazy butt to the gym and dance.
I also love yoga, but I lack concentration and I got frustrated most of
the times. But I would love to pursue yoga again.
Belly dancing has also been my constant
fascination. I got myself a DVD dance work out before and boy was I sweating
like a pig after dancing. I even had the hard time catching my breath but it
was really, really good. It will really
zap all the nega vibes and stressors away.
But then again, laziness always got the better
of me. And yes, I love eating so much that all I could think is FOOD. So, here
I am again, fat and happy! Hahahaha..
Naah—ahh! I will try to get back in shape again.
Those fatty fats that are manifested on my thigh, tummy and arms over time will
soon be gone crying. Hahahaha!
I can do this! ;-)
