giving thanks :)

As long as blogspot will exist in blogosphere, I will never stop from posting what is going on in my mind.  I want to chronicle every journey and milestone in my life. I haven’t blogged for so long because I was still preoccupied with after wedding details, honeymoon and of course Christmas and New Year.

Finally! Bee and I got married last December 20. It was an enchanting, magical moment for us as we exchange our vows with each other in front of God and the people we love. Surreal!  Everything went along with what we have expected and we were beaming with so much love and happiness. Friends and families gathered together and feasted with us in the banquet of love. I thank everyone for coming and for sharing their time with us. Their presence is the best gift ever!

          So many special people to give thanks to! Bee and I would like to thank our    families for all the love and support they have given us throughout the way; my brother for giving us the token of  special apostolic blessing  from  Pope Benedict, XVI, for my sister who sponsored my wedding gown and make –up and Kuya Jp for all the errands. Of course, big thanks also to my two sisters in law--- Ate Che for the sweets and desserts! Everyone loved it! To Ate Robie also for all the assistance she had given us and to Kuya Cris, Kuya Chito and Zeeg for capturing beautiful photos.  To Tita Mayette for her presence and her special token for us.  To Kuya Garry and Father Bong for celebrating the ceremony.

Of course, without them and their unconditional love, Bee and I would have not been where and what we are right now.  Big thanks to our dear parents for the support they have given us since we were young.  To my parents, Pa Zee and Mafin for being with me in this so-called journey of life, for being my guidance and inspiration to achieve my dreams in life—muchas gracias papa and mama!

          Thank you also to my mother-in-law, Mama Inz for the prayers and for accepting me as part of the family. And to Papa Kit for being so nice and accommodating to me all the time I have spent with his son and the whole fam bam. He always cracked some funny jokes and shared his stories with me. I had some fond and happy memories with him while he was still with us. I never got the chance to call him “Papa Kit” since he passed away last May but I know wherever he is right now, his heart is at peace. Thank you to our dear parents!

I would also like to thank my groom and now my husband for putting and exerting so much effort to make our wedding memorable. Thank you Bee for loving me and taking care of me like a babe.

Right now, Bee and I are basking in this special marital bliss. Everything is so brand new.  I thank God for the blessings and for guiding us along the path of married life. We offer everything to You, O God for You are the creator of life, of every beautiful thing there is in this world.
